The trunk couldn’t open, the seats were very dirty I tried cleaning them and what ever was on there been there for a while so it wasn’t coming off at all, trash was filled up in the arm rest, the seatbelts in the back were damaged looked like a dog crewed on it, couldn’t buckle them in! 2 tires were rounded out so badly I got a flat tire from 1, went thru the back seat into the trunk to see if it had the tools to change the tire, no surprise the only thing that was back there was the spear nothing else to change it, then I was instructed to pay for it to be repaired then send the receipt before they send me back my money. To top it all the license plate read February 2026. I called and told them the registration was expired, they told me it is not they just haven’t changed it yet which made me very cautious driving it. Basically this was a rental from hell. I paid $460 for 1 week and did not receive the professionalism I should have gotten. I highly do not recommend.
