Outdoorsy is easy to use and the host responded promptly. The RV was not clean upon pick up but can't complain after an unfortunate incident that happened due to a small fuse blowing. With that being said the cost of the fix and replacement of broken items was appropriate and handled easily and professionally.
Communication with Alexander was phenomenal. However, he did not meet us when we picked up the trailer, which led to several YouTube tutorials on how the trailer functioned. The rented generator did not work, so I was forced to go to Home Depot and buy a generator. The generator provided did not have enough amps to power both AC units, or a single AC and microwave. The trailer was not stocked with anything, so you must bring all necessary cooking supplies.
I rented the RV. Due to flight cancelations I arrived a day late. The host met me to pick up the RV. One of the jacks was broken and ripped off the RV. Again. I was already a day late with my trip. The host was trying to find a jack to replace the broken one. This should have been completed the day before I arrived. So I decided to continue our trip. Once we get set up we discovered the dinette table would not stay up. We ate meals with the table on our knees. The leveling jack stands were hard plastic. If the wind blew the RV would slide on the plastic. Which I'm sure ripped the one jack off. We asked the host for some money back and he has refused. This host and RV should not be used unless work is done. If you rent this RV inspect every inch
The process was well-organized. Everything was very well explained. I had everything I needed.
